in 2021 I discovered that I could boil eggs in my electric kettle by running them through a couple boil cylcles.
I was going through my last semester of college and was at my job until 10 PM or midnight most nights, so this was a godsend.
ALSO the eggs turned out so much better than I expected, perfectly medium boiled with gorgeous sunny yolks, and no green-blue overcooking.
this is a trbute to the eggs I made that semester. I took photos of all of them.
though I like eggs in general too.
instead, this is a celebration of specifically the really great eggs I made in my electric kettle
after work on the nights when I really needed some protein.
